Box notes: "Purchased on behalf of Borough Green and District for £26 this Rolls-Royce was converted into a Fire Engine in 1933 for a total cost of £100. Dennis Fire Fighting equipment was used on this model, which had a rating of 40-50 horse power and rear brakes only. This converted Rolls-Royce saw extensive service in Kent during the Second World War."

This model is a C9 near mint version code 8 (Yesteryear Book).  The box is in very good condition with some bends and two staples C8.

This is the box and model criteria we use:

  • C10 – Mint, no signs of play wear.
  • C9 – Near Mint, hardly any evidence of play wear.
  • C8 – Minor play wear shows but still very presentable.
  • C7 – Average play wear, includes chipping & paint wear.
  • C6 – Heavy play wear, car has excessive chipping but no damage.
  • C5 – Trashed, these are for the kids.
