According to the box: "Thomas 'K' 6-70 was often referred to as "the world's most perfect car", This particular model has been superbly restored by Harrah's Automobile Collection, Reno, Nevada in the USA" The Thomas K-670 was built by the E.R. Thomas Motor Company in Buffalo, NY from 1903 to 1913. Some say a few were built later, but there are no records past 1913. The car is powered by a 786 cubic-inch, straight-eight cylinder engine developing 72.6 horsepower. It was a big expensive car that was very fast. It sold for $6,000, which was a lot of money in 1911

This model is a C9 near mint version with gold radiator turquoise body and red seats.  The box has a scar on one side and much shelf wear making it Very Good C8.

This is the box and model criteria we use:

  • C10 – Mint, no signs of play wear.
  • C9 – Near Mint, hardly any evidence of play wear.
  • C8 – Minor play wear shows but still very presentable.
  • C7 – Average play wear, includes chipping & paint wear.
  • C6 – Heavy play wear, car has excessive chipping but no damage.
  • C5 – Trashed, these are for the kids.
